Product Description

The AFS-1 Flow Sensor, also known as the AFS-1 Airflow Switch or AFS-1 Fluid Monitor, is a compact industrial-grade device designed for precision fluid and airflow monitoring. It features 1 analog input and 2 configurable digital outputs, supporting direct connection to up to 4 auxiliary modules via modular terminals. Equipped with a standard RS-485 interface, it operates within 12-24V DC and functions reliably across -20°C to +70°C. Ideal for HVAC, water treatment, and manufacturing, the AFS-1 offers ±1.5% accuracy with a detection range of 0.1-30 m/s airflow or 0.5-50 L/min liquid flow. Its rugged IP65-rated housing ensures durability in harsh environments. Key advantages include real-time diagnostics and low power consumption, though periodic calibration is recommended. Battery and screen are not integrated, prioritizing compactness for embedded installations.
