Product Description

The AFG-2 Flow Sensor integrates with Level Control Transmitter and Industrial Pressure Gauge functionalities, designed for precise monitoring of fluid dynamics and process parameters in industrial applications like petrochemicals, water treatment, and manufacturing. It features a single 4-20mA analog output with optional HART or Modbus RTU communication interfaces, enabling direct connectivity to PLCs, SCADA systems, or up to 32 nodes in a multi-device network. Operating at 12-30V DC, it withstands temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and harsh environments with IP67-rated housing. Key advantages include ±0.5% measurement accuracy, corrosion-resistant construction, and simultaneous flow-rate, level, and pressure detection within ranges up to 1000 GPM (flow) and 1000 PSI (pressure). Limitations include mandatory annual recalibration and incompatibility with highly viscous media.
