The 3M-TK-FP-DZ-CH, part of the 3M TK-FP tape series, is a high-performance High-temperature adhesive tape designed for demanding industrial applications. Engineered with superior heat resistance, it operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -50°C to 260°C, ideal for electronics, automotive, and aerospace sectors. As a premium Electrical insulation tape, it provides robust dielectric protection up to 10kV, ensuring safety in electrical component manufacturing. This tape features a polyimide film base with silicone adhesive, combining durability and flexibility. Key advantages include exceptional thermal stability, strong adhesion under extreme conditions, and resistance to chemicals and abrasion. Its main limitation is higher cost compared to standard tapes. Available in 18mm width and 50m rolls, it supports seamless integration into automated assembly lines.
