The KR-SZDSM12*70 linear motion guide integrates the KR SZDSM linear guide system with a 12x70mm rail and SZDSM12 linear bearing, offering precise linear motion control for automation systems. Designed for industrial machinery, robotics, and CNC applications, it supports direct integration with servo motors or stepper drivers via standard RS-485/CAN interfaces. Operating within 24VDC ±10% and -10°C to 80°C, this module features a compact 70mm travel length and accommodates radial loads up to 450N. Embedded sensors enable real-time position feedback with a 0.01mm resolution, while its IP54-rated housing ensures dust/water resistance. Compatible with daisy-chained expansion modules, it provides 2 analog inputs and 4 configurable digital I/O ports. The system’s maintenance-free design and pre-lubricated bearings reduce downtime, though its fixed 70mm stroke limits adaptability in variable-stroke setups. No integrated battery or display is included.
