The KT20-38P proximity sensor, also referred to as the KT20-38P limit switch or KT20-38P inductive switch, is a high-performance industrial inductive sensor designed for precise object detection. It features a single-channel input and output, supporting direct integration with up to four external modules via a built-in RS-485 communication interface. Operating within a 10-30V DC voltage range, it functions reliably in temperatures from -25°C to +85°C, making it suitable for automotive, packaging, and heavy machinery applications. With a detection range of 0-15mm for metallic targets, its IP67-rated housing ensures durability in harsh environments. Key advantages include high shock resistance, minimal maintenance, and rapid response times, though its non-adjustable sensing distance may limit flexibility in dynamic setups.
