Product Description

The FT-AL05 flow transmitter is a compact industrial transmitter designed for precise fluid measurement in harsh environments. Integrating the FT-AL05 sensor module, it offers two analog inputs (4-20mA) and one digital output, directly interfacing with temperature, pressure, or auxiliary modules via plug-and-play connectivity. Supporting RS-485, Modbus, and HART protocols, it operates on a 12-36V DC supply and withstands temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. Ideal for oil/gas, water treatment, and chemical industries, the FT-AL05 industrial transmitter features a 2.4-inch LCD, detects flow velocities of 0.1-30 m/s, and includes a 5000mAh backup battery. Its rugged IP67-rated housing ensures durability, though calibration may be required for extreme viscosity fluids. Advantages include high accuracy (±0.5%) and low power consumption.
