Product Description

The FD-41W Flow Sensor is a versatile industrial-grade device combining ultrasonic measurement and level detection. This compact unit integrates FD41W Ultrasonic Meter technology for precise non-contact flow rate monitoring and FD41W Level Detector capabilities for continuous liquid or solid level tracking. It features two digital inputs, one relay output, and supports RS-485 communication with Modbus protocol. Designed for water treatment, chemical processing, and oil/gas applications, the sensor operates within 12-24VDC power range and withstands temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. Equipped with a 3.5-inch LCD screen, it delivers real-time data visualization and offers 0.1-5m detection range. The IP68-rated housing ensures durability in harsh environments. Key advantages include contactless measurement and multi-parameter output, while limited to open-channel flow applications. Optional 2000mAh backup battery enables temporary operation during power outages.
