The EX-Z11FB flow meter is a versatile industrial device integrating precision measurement and control functions. It features a built-in EX-Z11FB sensor valve for automated flow regulation and an EX-Z11FB pressure transducer for real-time pressure monitoring. The unit offers 2 analog inputs (4-20mA) and 3 relay outputs, directly interfacing with up to 4 modules via RS-485 Modbus communication. Operating within 10-30VDC, it withstands temperatures from -20°C to 70°C, suitable for chemical processing and water treatment industries. Equipped with a 2.4-inch LCD, it displays flow rates up to 3000 L/min with 0.5% accuracy. The integrated lithium backup battery sustains 72-hour data logging. Key advantages include IP67 protection and simultaneous pressure/flow measurement, though limited to 5-meter sensor detection range.
