Product Description

The Burkert BFC-P Flow Controller is a precision-engineered process valve controller designed for industrial fluid management systems. It features 2 analog inputs (4-20 mA) and 4 digital outputs, directly interfacing with up to 8 peripheral modules via integrated Profibus, Modbus, or EtherCAT communication protocols. Operating within 18-30 VDC and -20°C to +60°C, the BFC-P Process Valve excels in chemical, pharmaceutical, and water treatment applications. Its compact design includes an optional 2.4-inch touchscreen for real-time monitoring and control. With 10-1000 mL/min flow adjustment range and <1% accuracy, the BFC-P ensures reliable process optimization. Key strengths include IP65-rated durability and seamless integration with existing automation networks, while higher initial cost and complex configuration software represent trade-offs. Optional battery backup (5000 mAh) enables temporary offline operation during power interruptions.
