The 20G14TE Actuator, integrated with the TE395 Motorized Valve, comprises the JN0 Industrial Valve Actuator system, engineered for precision flow control in demanding environments. It offers 4 configurable digital/analog inputs, 2 feedback outputs, and direct compatibility with PLCs, DCS, and SCADA via Modbus RTU/TPC and HART protocols. Operating at 12-48VDC (10% tolerance) within -40°C to +120°C, this IP68-rated unit excels in oil/gas, petrochemical, and wastewater applications. Its non-intrusive optical position sensor enables 0.5% stroke accuracy across 15-300mm travel ranges. The brushless DC motor ensures 10,000-hour MTBF with <65dB noise, while the modular design simplifies maintenance. Limitations include restricted compatibility with non-spring-return valves and mandatory annual lubrication for extreme-duty cycles. The explosion-proof variant meets ATEX II 2G Ex db IIC T6 standards.
