The ST508E Servo Drive, also known as the ST508E Motor Controller or ST508E Precision Drive, is a high-performance industrial motion control solution designed for automation and robotics applications. It supports dual-axis motor control with 2 analog/digital inputs and 2 pulse-direction outputs, directly interfacing with encoders and external I/O modules. Equipped with CANopen and RS-485 communication interfaces, it operates within a wide voltage range of 20-80V DC and functions reliably in temperatures from -10°C to 55°C. Ideal for CNC machinery, packaging systems, and precision assembly lines, this drive offers sub-micron positioning accuracy, rapid dynamic response, and adaptive anti-resonance algorithms. While compact in design, it lacks onboard battery backup and features a minimal status LED display instead of a screen. Its advanced feedback system enables micron-level position detection over distances up to 10 meters, though installation requires professional commissioning for optimal performance.
