Product Description

The ZLAN5843A Module is an industrial-grade Ethernet Serial Converter designed for seamless bidirectional communication between serial devices and Ethernet networks. It features dual RS485/RS232 serial interfaces, supporting data rates up to 921.6kbps, and integrates a Modbus TCP Gateway functionality for protocol conversion. Operating at 9-36V DC with -40℃ to 85℃ tolerance, it’s ideal for harsh environments in automation, SCADA, and IoT systems. The module connects up to 32 serial devices via Ethernet, enabling remote management through 10/100M adaptive ports. Key advantages include low-latency transmission, firewall traversal, and DIN-rail mounting, while requiring external configuration tools for initial setup.
